PSA RSSO IV-A Participates in the Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

The Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office IV-A (PSA RSSO IV-A) participated in the Second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on 18 June 2026 at exactly 9:00 AM in Lipa City, Batangas, together with participating government agencies and institutions across the country.

Prior to the conduct of the drill, Statistical Analyst Roseller Anonoy facilitated an information session discussing the proper actions to take before, during, and after an earthquake to increase awareness and reinforce disaster preparedness among personnel.

During the activity, employees observed standard earthquake response procedures, including the “Drop, Cover, and Hold” protocol and orderly evacuation practices.

The participation of PSA RSSO IV-A in the nationwide activity highlights the office’s continued support for disaster preparedness initiatives and its commitment to promoting a safe and resilient workplace.
