PSA RSSO IV-A Participated on CRS Mobile Outlet Service at Biñan City, Laguna
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Region IV-A, actively participated in the Civil Registration System (CRS) Mobile Outlet Service conducted in Biñan City, Laguna on 17 April 2026.
The initiative aimed to bring PSA civil registry services closer to the residents of Biñan City, Laguna by providing convenient access to the issuance of civil registry documents such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, and Certificates of No Marriage (CENOMAR).
The mobile outlet service activity was conducted from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and successfuly served a total of one hundred seventy-seven (177) clients consisting of seventy-two (72) males and one hundred five (105) females. Through the CRS Mobile Outlet Service, clients were able to request and secure their civil registry documents without the need to travel to regular PSA outlets. The activity particularly benefited senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and individuals from remote areas who may encounter difficulty accessing PSA services.
In addition to the mobile outlet services, the PSA distributed Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on Republic Act (RA) No. 9048 and RA No. 10172, RA No. 9255, the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) National ID, and the requirements for legitimation, adoption, and annulment of marriage. IEC materials on Gender and Development (GAD) principles were also disseminated. A total of forty (40) individuals were given IEC materials.
The CRS Mobile Outlet Service is among the PSA’s initiatives to make civil registration services more accessible, efficient, and inclusive, in line with its mandate to strengthen the Civil Registration andVital Statistics (CRVS) system and promote the legal identity of every Filipino.
