PSA RSSO IV-A, Championing Service Excellence through Transparency and Accountability
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IV-A actively participated in the celebration of the 2026 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month anchored on the theme, “Achieving Results through Transparency and Accountability towards a More Productive Bagong Pilipinas.” The celebration highlighted the agency’s commitment to transparent, accountable, and client-centered public service.
The observance officially started with an EODB-themed Flag Raising Ceremony on 11 May 2026, where PSA personnel were oriented on the month-long activities and the importance of promoting efficiency and good governance in public service.
As part of the celebration, PSA RSSO IV-A prepared and disseminated digital advocacy materials and infographics featuring frontline services, accomplishments, and updates on Civil Registration Services, National ID, CRASM, DeCAP, BRAP, and other PSA initiatives.
Public testimonial videos from Civil Registration and National ID clients were also presented to showcase positive client experiences and quality service delivery.
In relation to the celebration, PSA RSSO IV-A also deployed representatives on 18 May 2026 to set up a Civil Registration System (CRS) Mobile Outlet in Calaca, Batangas during the “Capitol on Wheels,” a collaborative project of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and the Local Government Unit of Calaca. The activity aimed to bring government services closer to the public and improve accessibility of PSA services.
The celebration concluded with the recognition of PSA personnel who demonstrated commendable public service and dedication in delivering transparent, efficient, and client-friendly services.
Through these activities, PSA RSSO IV-A reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving public service delivery in support of a more productive Bagong Pilipinas.
