On-Site Mobile Acceptance of Civil Registry Documents at Batangas Medical Center for Handog Ng Pangulo Initiative

BATANGAS CITY — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Regional Statistical Services Office IV-A established an on-site PSA Kiosk at Batangas Medical Center (BatMC) on 14 September 2026 as part of the Handog Ng Pamilya Initiative, bringing essential civil registration services closer to patients, families, and newborns.

The initiative is being undertaken in partnership with Batangas Medical Center, a tertiary government hospital committed to providing accessible and responsive healthcare services.

The PSA Mobile Acceptance were envisioned to make civil registration and related document issuance services more convenient, particularly for families with newborn children.

Among the services to be facilitated through the initiative are:

  1. Assistance in processing applicable civil registration documents and requirements;
  2. Facilitation of requests for certificates of birth, marriage, death, and other civil registry documents, as applicable;
  3. Provision of PSA-related information and assistance to patients and their families regarding civil registration concerns; and

The PSA’s commitment to improving accessibility, convenience, and responsiveness to the needs of Filipino families is demonstrated by the creation of the PSA Acceptance of Civil Registry Documents.
