Cavite welcomes delegates from Pililla, Rizal for benchmarking visit

The Provincial Government of Cavite welcomed a delegation from the Municipality of Pililla, Rizal, composed of members of the Sangguniang Bayan, for a courtesy call and facility tour at the New Provincial Government Center in Trece Martires City on June 25, 2026.

The benchmarking activity aimed to provide the delegates with the opportunity to observe the innovative practices, systems, and facilities that support the Provincial Government of Cavite’s efficient and quality public service delivery.

Vice Governor Ram Revilla Bautista, together with First District Board Member Romel Enriquez and Second District Board Member Alde Pagulayan, warmly received the delegation at the New Legislative Building. They expressed their appreciation for Pililla’s choice of Cavite as its benchmarking partner and highlighted the importance of knowledge-sharing and the exchange of best practices in legislative and administrative governance.

Following the courtesy call, Provincial Board Secretary and Quality Management Representative Ms. Michelle Alcid, with the assistance of the Office of the Provincial Tourism Officer, guided the delegates on a tour of various offices and facilities within the New Provincial Government Center. The visit allowed the delegates to gain firsthand insight into the province’s governance systems, quality management initiatives, and service delivery mechanisms.

The activity further strengthened inter-local government collaboration, fostering the exchange of ideas and opening opportunities for future partnerships in advancing responsive and people-centered governance.
