Cavite Career Caravan draws 169 jobseekers in Maragondon

The Provincial Government of Cavite, through the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM), successfully conducted the Cavite Career Caravan in Maragondon on June 25, 2026, providing employment opportunities and government services to local jobseekers.

A total of 169 job seekers participated in the one-day job fair. Of these, 27 applicants were hired on the spot, highlighting the event’s immediate success in connecting qualified candidates with potential employers.

The caravan featured 18 participating companies, including 16 local employers and 2 overseas recruitment agencies, offering a wide range of employment opportunities. In addition, 282 clients benefited from the services of the National Government Agency (NGA) assistance booths.

Participating government agencies included TESDA, SSS, BIR, OWWA, PhilHealth, PSA, OPCDO, and Pag-IBIG, providing essential services such as registration, consultation, and information to support jobseekers throughout their employment journey.
