BRAP Mobile Registration and SECPA Distribution Conducted in Barangays Sampa and Pacifico, Sta. Teresita, Batangas

The Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) mobile registration and Security Paper (SECPA) distribution were successfully conducted through a house-to-house activity in Barangays Sampa and Pacifico, Sta. Teresita, Batangas on June 17, 2026.

The activity resulted in the successful distribution of six (6) birth certificates to beneficiaries, helping ensure that residents have access to their vital civil registry documents.As part of the mobile registration efforts, two (2) birth registration applicants were successfully interviewed and verified. Additionally, two (2) applicants were followed up regarding the submission of lacking documentary requirements necessary for the processing and registration of their birth records.

The house-to-house initiative aims to make civil registration services more accessible, particularly to individuals and families who encounter difficulties in visiting registration offices. Through BRAP, the government continues to strengthen efforts to reduce unregistered births and promote the importance of legal identity documentation.The activity reflects the continuing commitment of civil registration authorities and local stakeholders to bring essential registration services closer to the community and ensure that every Filipino is recognized through proper civil registration.
