Accessible and Efficient: PSA IV-A Conducts CRS Mobile Outlet Services in Talisay, Batangas
The Philippine Statistics Authority IV – A successfully conducted a Mobile Outlet activity in Talisay, Batangas held on April 30, 2026, bringing essential civil registration services closer to the community. The initiative aimed to provide residents with more convenient and efficient way of securing vital documents without the need to travel to distant PSA offices.
Through the mobile outlet, individuals were able to request copies of birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR). The activity also included assistance to clients with inquiries and concerns related to civil registration.
A total of 125 clients were served, with 170 document requests successfully processed during the activity. In addition to the mobile outlet services,dissemination of information were also conducted through distribution of the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on RA No. 9048 and RA No. 10172, RA No. 9255, National ID, and the requirements for legitimization, adoption, and annulment of marriage. IEC materials on Gender and Development (GAD) principles were also disseminated.
The conduct of the mobile outlet reflect PSA’s continued commitment to improving service delivery and enhancing public satisfaction. By reaching communities directly, the agency not only reduces processing time and transportation cost for clients but also strengthens its connection with the public it serves. Overall, this initiative highlights PSA’s continued commitment to decentralizing services, improving accessibility, and delivering efficient public service to Filipinos.
