Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite – Cavite Police Provincial Office, led by the Provincial Director, PCOL Dwight E. Alegre once again showed its unwavering commitment to justice by placing first in the region in the recent Simultaneous Implementation of Warrants of Arrest for the crime of rape from March 1-11, 2025, which was held in line with the Women’s Month Celebration.
Cavite PPO served 25 arrest warrants in total, more than any other Police Provincial Office, according to the official review of operations. This remarkable accomplishment demonstrates Cavite PPO’s commitment to upholding peace and security across Cavite by making sure that those who are wanted are brought to justice.
This successful operation demonstrates PCOL Alegre’s strategic and all-encompassing leadership, which continues to prioritize community involvement and proactive law enforcement in the battle against crime, particularly in rape cases. Finding and apprehending people with standing arrest warrants was made possible in large part by the cooperative efforts of this provincial office, other government and non-government organizations, and communities.
A total of 77 people were arrested as a result of the region-wide effort, Cavite PPO leading the way with 25 arrests, followed by Laguna PPO with 16 arrests, Quezon PPO with 14 and Rizal PPO with 13 arrests, respectively, and Batangas PPO with 9 arrests. Collectively, these efforts demonstrate the PRO4A’s commitment to upholding justice throughout the region.

PLTCOL ORLANDO A CARAG JR, Officer-In-Charge identify the suspect as alias Arman, most wanted person listed regional level and a resident of Brgy Paradahan 2, Tanza, Cavite.
The operation of the Warrant Personnel of Trece Martires Component City Police Station while utilizing an Alternative Recording Device (ARD), led to the arrest of the accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated December 23, 2024 for “Rape” with Criminal Case No. TMCR-1424-24 issued Presiding Judge, Family Court, Branch 5, Trece Martires City, with no bail recommended.
The accused was informed of his constitutional rights in a dialect he knew while he was being held at the Trece Martires Component City Police Station Custodial Facility.

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite – In an intensified campaign to maintain peace and order, authorities successfully conducted a series of police operations under OPLAN PAGLALANSAG OMEGA and OPLAN BIG BERTHA, resulting in multiple arrests and the seizure of illegal firearms, ammunition, and illegal drugs.
The joint efforts of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) RFU 4A, Regional Intelligence Division (RID 4A), Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU 4A), Special Action Force (SAF), Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB 4A), and the Cavite Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) led to the coordinated implementation of Search Warrant No. 2025-89 against alias “Olan.” While Olan remains at large, while alias “Jess” was arrested for violating Republic Act 10591 in connection with the COMELEC Gun Ban.
At about 6:30 AM in Barangay Salawag, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, the search warrant was executed, leading to the confiscation of several illegal firearms and live ammunition. The items seized included a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver, a 5.56 Armalite rifle, and various rounds of ammunition.
In addition, alias Jess was arrested for unlawful possession of a .22 caliber firearm with a silencer, along with a magazine and live ammunition. Barangay officials were present to ensure transparency during the operation.
Meanwhile, at about 9:00 AM, of same date the Operatives of CIDG Laguna PFU (Lead Unit), CIDG RFU 4A, RIU 4A, RID 4A, RMFB 4A, 74th SAC, 81st SAC, 82nd SAC, 83rd SAC, 7SAB, RDB, SAF, PIU 4A, EOD-SAF, Cavite PPO and Dasmarinas CCPS successfully conducted a buy-bust operation in Barangay Salawag, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, led to the arrest of alias Mark, alias Trixcy, and alias Eddie. The suspects were apprehended with unlicensed firearms and illegal drugs, violating RA 10591 (the COMELEC Gun Ban) and RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act). Seized items included one (1) unit caliber .22 Rifle (Marlim model 99 automatic), one (1) unit caliber .22 Rifle (No brand), live ammunition, boodle money, seven (7) pieces transparent heat-sealed sachet containing white crystaline substance suspected to be shabu, and drug paraphernalia.
Alias Richard was also apprehended for obstruction of justice under Presidential Decree 1829 in a separate operation.
In a separate operation in Sugarland, Barangay Salawag, Dasmariñas City, authorities apprehended alias Ernie for illegal drug and firearm possession. Items seized included a .22 caliber revolver with live ammunition, several sachets of shabu, and digital weighing scale.
These successful operations underscore the Philippine National Police’s unwavering commitment to combating crime and protecting public safety. By employing intelligence-driven strategies and maintaining close coordination with law enforcement agencies, we have once again demonstrated that illegal firearms and drugs have no place in our communities. The players formed teams to showcase their stability and focus while throwing darts, aiming for the bullseye.
Among the 20 teams that competed, the winners stood out with impressive performances. The Office of the Provincial Administrator, consisting of Mr. Jeove Cambel, Mr. EA Miranda, and Mr. Julieto Nabelon, claimed the Champion title. The 1st Runner-up position went to the Office of the Provincial Youth Development Officer, represented by Mr. Mark Jhon Esguerra, Mr. Jay-R Rodil, and Mr. Antonio Naval.
The 2nd Runner-up was awarded to the Office of the Provincial General Services Officer, with Mr. Mark Ersando, Mr. Richie Montoya, and Mr. Kim Cuesta as team members. Camp BGen Vicente P Lim – The Police Regional Office 4A under the leadership of the Regional Director, PBGEN Paul Kenneth T Lucas, has once again demonstrated its relentless pursuit of justice, ranking first nationwide in the recent Simultaneous Implementation of Warrants of Arrest for the crime of rape from March 3-9, 2025 conducted in line with the Women’s Month Celebration.
Based on the official recap of operations, PRO 4A recorded a total of 125 warrants of arrest served, the highest among all regional police offices. This outstanding achievement reflects PRO 4A’s dedication to maintaining peace and security in CALABARZON by ensuring that wanted persons are held accountable.
This successful operation is a testament to the holistic and strategic leadership of PBGEN Lucas, who continues to emphasize proactive law enforcement and community engagement in the fight against criminality, especially in rape cases. The collaborative efforts of this regional office, working alongside other government and non-government units and communities, played a crucial role in tracking down and apprehending individuals with outstanding warrants.

Ang 32-anyos na akusado, ng Brgy. Banaba South, Batangas City, ay naaresto nitong Marso 9 sa Barangay Balintawak, Lipa City kaugnay ng operasyong isinagawa ng warrant section ng Batangas Component City Police Station.
Kabilang sa mga warrant ng akusado ay ang paglabag sa R.A. 10883 (Bagong Anti-Carnapping Law) na inisyu ng Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 66, Capas Tarlac at may petsang Setyembre 13, 2024 kakibat ang halagang P300,000 na inirekomendang piyansa.
Gayundin ang warrant of arrest kaugnay ng kasong carnapping na inisyu ng RTC Branch 4, Legazpi City at may petsang Enero 20 na kalakip ang P300,000 na piyansa.
Habang ang warrant naman para sa kasong estafa na inisyu ng MTC Branch 89, Parañaque City, at may petsang Enero 14, 2025 ay may inirekomendang piyansa na P18,000.

Sa ulat, bandang alas-9:35 ng gabi ay nagsagawa ng buy bust operation ang Provincial Drug Enforcement Agency at Tanza MPS sa Brgy Amaya 2, Tanza na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto kay Christopher.
Nasamsam sa kanya ang tinatayang 32,50 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na may Standard Drug Price na P221,000.00 at buy bust money. (Gene Adsuara)

Ipinarada ni Lanting ang kanyang Toyota Innova sa parking area ng Reynaldo’s Smoke House sa Brgy Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City bandang alas-6:50 ng hapon pero pagbalik ng alas-8:25 ng gabi ay napansing basag ang salamin sa kanang bahagi ng sasakyan at nawawala rin ang Apple Laptop, Marshall headphones at wallet nito na hindi binanggit na halaga ng laman.
Base sa CCTV footage, dalawang lalaki ang tumangay saka sumakay ng motorsiklo pasibad sa east direction ng Tagaytay City.
Ipinarada naman ng mag-asawang Magno ang kanilang sasakyan sa harapan ng St Francis Chappel sa Brgy Pinagtipunan, Gen Trias City, upang dumalo sa birthday celebration ng kanilang kaibigan sa Brgy Painagtipunan bandang alas-4:00 ng hapon.
Pagbalik ng mag-asawa ay basag na ang harapang salamin ng kanilang sasakyan at nawawala rin ang iniwang bag na mglalaman ng mahahalagang dokumento at hindi pa nabatid na halaga ng cash.

Sa ulat, nag-away ang biktima at suspek matapos sabihan ng huli ang una na “kuyakoy” patungkol ito sa kanilang trabaho bilang mga construction worker sa construction site sa Maravilla Subd., Brgy San Francisco, Gen Trias City bandang alas-9:35 ng gabi.
Napikon ang biktima at hinampas ng kanyang helmet ang suspek kaya gumanti rin ang huli at nanaksak gamit ang cutter knife.

Sa sumbong ng biktimang si Zyrel Canoy, ng Brgy Camachille 2, Dasmarinas City, hinoldap umano siya ng mga suspek bandang alas-9:50 ng gabi sa Brgy Salitran 3, Dasmarinas City, na inilarawan na nakasuot ng itim na jacket at magkaangkas sa motorsiklo.
Mabilis namang nagresponde ang mga awtoridad kung saan namataan ang mga suspek base sa deskripsiyon ng biktima at nagpapalit ng damit.
Papalapit ang mga pulis ay nagbunot ng baril ang isa sa mga suspek na nauwi sa enkuwentro na nagresulta sa pagkakasugat ni Elmer habang naaresto naman si William. (Gene Adsuara)

Minamaneho ni Sarita ang kanyang Public Utility Jeepney na may plakang DWX 737 sa direksiyon ng Aguinaldo Highway at nasagi ang kanang bahagi ng sasakyan ng Rusco Multicab na may plakang JAN 9158.
Nauna rito ay tinangka umanong mag-overtake ng multicab sa sasakyan ni Sarita dahilan upang masagasaan nito ang tatlong pedestrian at bumangga pa ito sa puno ng acacia.
