PSA RSSO IV-A and PSA Batangas Bring Civil Registry Services to Nestlé Lipa

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) RSSO IV-A and PSO Batangas conducted a Civil Registry System (CRS) Mobile Service Outlet at Nestlé Lipa, Brgy. Bagong Pook, Lipa City, Batangas on 17 September 2026, providing convenient access to civil registry documents for employees and clients in the area.

A total of 55 clients were served during the activity. Among the documents requested were 43 Certificates of Live Birth, 10 Certificates of Marriage, and 2 Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR).

The conduct of the mobile service outlet underscores the PSA’s commitment to making civil registry services more accessible, convenient, and responsive to the needs of the public.
