PSA IV-A Strengthens Customer Access with CRS Mobile Outlet in Talisay, Batangas
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA IV-A) continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering accessible and citizen-centered public service through the successful conduct of its Civil Registration System (CRS) Mobile Outlet in the Municipality of Talisay, Batangas held on June 15, 2026.
The mobile outlet was organized to provide residents with convenient access to essential civil registration services without the need to travel to the nearest PSA outlet.
The activity significantly reduced travel time and transportation expenses for residents while ensuring fast, reliable, and efficient delivery of PSA services.
A total of 137 clients were served, with 233 document requests successfully processed during the activity.
In addition to the mobile outlet services, dissemination of information was also conducted and distribution of the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on RA No. 9048 and RA No. 10172, RA No. 9255, National ID, and the requirements for legitimization, adoption, and annulment of marriage.
IEС materials on Gender and Development (GAD) principles were also disseminated.
The successful implementation of the CRS Mobile Outlet was made possible through the support and collaboration of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Talisay and the Local Civil Registrar’s Office.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to making government services more accessible, especially to communities with limited access to regular PSA service outlets.
