McDonald's Recruitment Activity Opens Employment Opportunities to Caviteño

The Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM) successfully facilitated the McDonald’s Recruitment Activity on July 16, at the New Provincial Government Center, Trece Martires City, providing employment opportunities to Caviteños.

A total of 41 jobseekers participated in the recruitment activity, where they underwent screening and interviews for various positions offered by McDonald’s. The one-stop recruitment process enabled qualified applicants to complete the initial hiring requirements in a convenient and accessible venue.

Demonstrating the success of the initiative, all 41 applicants were hired on the spot (HOTS), allowing them to immediately proceed with the next steps toward employment.

The recruitment activity is part of the Provincial Government of Cavite’s continuing efforts to strengthen employment facilitation services by partnering with private companies to connect jobseekers with available career opportunities.
