Cavite Career Caravan Brings Employment Opportunities to Amadeo residents

A successful Cavite Career Caravan spearheaded by the Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager was conducted on April 23, 2026, in the Municipality of Amadeo, providing job seekers with direct access to employment opportunities and essential government services.

The event featured a total of 32 participating companies, offering 5,536 job vacancies across various industries. A total of 120 applicants attended the caravan, with 13 individuals successfully hired on the spot—highlighting the effectiveness of the initiative in connecting job seekers with potential employers.

In addition to employment opportunities, several national government agencies including PSA, Pag-ibig Mutual Fund, Philhealth, BIR, TESDA, OWWA, BIR and SSS were present to assist applicants in processing their employment requirements. These services aimed to make job application procedures more convenient and accessible, ensuring that applicants could complete necessary documentation in one venue. The Office of the Provincial Legal Officer (OPLO) and the Office of the Provincial Cooperatives Development Officer (OPCDO) were also present, extending their support and services to the attendees.

The Cavite Career Caravan is part of the continuing efforts to bring government services closer to the people while promoting local employment and economic growth. By creating a platform where job seekers and employers can meet directly, the initiative helps address unemployment and supports the workforce development of the province.
